Objectives & Outcomes

• By the end of this lesson, students will be able to identify the different rules and regulations in their classroom and understand the importance of following them.

Materials

• Safety poster with examples of rules and regulations (such as "always walk on the right side of the hallway", "use the stairs, not the elevator", etc.)
• Classroom board and markers

Warm-up

• Ask the students if they know what rules and regulations are.
• Discuss the different rules and regulations in the classroom and on the school campus.
• Ask the students if they know why it is important to follow the rules.
• Write the different rules and regulations on the board and have the students practice saying them out loud.

Direct Instruction
