Topic: The days of creation and the similarities between Adam and Christ

Objectives & Outcomes

  • Students will be able to explain the significance of the days of creation in the Bible and how they point to Jesus Christ.

Materials

  • Bible
  • Chart paper or whiteboard and markers
  • Copies of the days of creation account for each student

Warm-up

  • Ask students if they have heard of the days of creation before. Ask them to share what they know about the days of creation.
  • Write the words "days of creation" on the board and ask students what they think these are and why they are important.

Direct Instruction

  • Explain that the days of creation are the six days in which God created the world and all that is in it.
