Topic: Happy holidays Summer Holidays

Objectives & Outcomes

• Students will be able to describe how they spent their Summer Holidays.

Materials

• Posters board and markers
• Photographs of Summer Holiday activities (optional)

Warm-up

• Have students stand up and stretch their body. Ask them to share their favorite Summer Holiday memory with their classmates.
• Write the following sentences on the board: "I love spending time with my family during Summer Holidays. We usually travel to the beach and swim in the sea. It's so much fun!" Ask students to complete the sentences using their own ideas.

Direct Instruction

• Introduce the topic of Summer Holidays and ask students to share their favorite Summer Holiday memory.
• Write the sentences on the board and ask students to analyze the structure and grammar.
• Explain the structure of a simple sentence and the use of punctuation.

Guided Practice

• Have students work in pairs and give each pair a set of sentences.
