Objectives & Outcomes

• Students will be able to understand the importance of the body's structure and movement in physical activity and sports.

Materials

• Computers with internet access and the game "Knet" installed
• Handouts with instructions for the game "Knet"

Warm-up

• Have students stand up and stretch their bodies, focusing on their muscles and their movements. Ask them to describe how they feel and what they can do.
• Ask them if they play any sports or do any physical activity. Ask them to share their experiences and their favorite activities.

Direct Instruction

• Introduce the topic of body movement and its importance in daily life.
• Discuss the different types of movement, such as flexion, extension, rotation, and transposition. Show examples using the knet.
• Introduce the knet and demonstrate how to use it. Show students how to navigate the different functions and tools.
