Objectives & Outcomes

  • Students will be able to identify and name various measuring tools, including metric and imperial units.

Materials

  • Set of measuring tools (metric ruler, imperial ruler, metric caliper, imperial caliper)
  • Chart with images and names of the measuring tools
  • White board and markers

Warm-up

  • Ask students if they have ever used any measuring tools in their daily life, and ask them to name the tools.
  • Write the names of the tools on the white board.
