Objectives & Outcomes

Materials

  • Soil samples from different types of soil (e.g. clay, sand, loam)
  • Pieces of paper or Styrofoam cups
  • Pencils

Warm-up

  • Ask students if they know what soil is and what it is used for. Write their answers on the board.
