Topic: Hospitality employees can show social and cultural sensitivity

Objectives & Outcomes

  • Hospitality employees will be able to demonstrate cultural and social sensitivity in interactions with customers, coworkers, and community members.

Materials

  • Handouts with examples of cultural and social differences (e.g. etiquette, traditions, customs, etc.)

Warm-up
